The PMSA seeks a transformational leader to guide Sunshine Coast Grammar School through its next phase of growth and strengthen its position as a leading school and employer of choice. The incoming Principal will champion student voice and agency, Christian faith and values, foster international mindedness, deliver innovative and rigorous learning experiences, and build strong connections across the School’s diverse community and the PMSA.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader who demonstrates the capacity to advance the School’s strategic vision and will lead the School in all aspects including Christian Faith, Academics, Sports and Co-Curricular and Business Stewardship. They will bring extensive leadership experience, a reputation for authentic, values-driven leadership, and a willingness to work collaboratively within the PMSA group. The Principal will inspire excellence across the team, engage meaningfully with students and families, cultivate partnerships, and serve as a compelling ambassador for a School where every individual is valued and given the opportunity to reach their God-given potential.
